It runs on the ExpressionEngine content management system and takes advantage of the following modules, plugins and extensions: eeFlickr, Solspace Tag and Twitter Timeline.
A very special thanks is owed to Michael Boyink. The top-notch resources available on his site, Train-EE, contributed greatly to the success of this project by providing excellent, relevant information about ExpressionEngine. If you want to learn EE, there's no better place to start your education.
The fonts used on the site are driven by (the infinitely awesome) Typekit. Headlines are set in 'Adelle' while the body copy is rendered in 'FF Tisa Web Pro'.
CSS validates at level 3.0 and styles the XHTML 1.0 Transitional standards-compliant mark-up.
The snazzy fading and sliding you see on some pages is enabled by the generous efforts of both the jQuery and MooTools teams. The tabbed interface in the footer appears courtesy of Patrick Fitzgerald's 'javascript tabifier' and the maps within it are provided by the Google Maps API.
